All your data is managed manually at the moment, but we will move soon in a most efficient and reliable solution. Be sure to not provide sensitive data since we do not ask you to.

Those data are necessary if you want to subscribe to our newsletter or if you want to get in touch with us.
Who can access the data?
People in our team responsible for administrating the newsletter can access the data. At the moment we can read the email in plain text but in the future we will try to automate the process and make the email addresses fully private.
Are the data stored in some way? If so, where and for how long are they stored?
At the moment data is stored in our personal space, encrypted and offline.
Are the data shared with third-party entities? If so, who are they?
No. Data is shared with any third party.

What security measures are taken to protect the data?
All the communications are encrypted with our best effort to make it secure.
The website you are browsing, the page you are visiting and all the content is served through HTTPS.
Email communications between this website and the server are encrypted. The email is served through TLS.
Emails are encrypted by default with our GPG Public Key. Thus, only our team can decrypt email content. We do encrypt object by default, and we do not collect data from it.
Data is stored offline and encrypted. In the future, we will probably rely on a better service.
Can data subjects request exporting or deleting their data?
Sure. You can write us, and we will delete or export all their personal data.
